Great App
Easy to use much better than the desktop

Great when it actually works
This app has great functionality - WHEN it actually works. It is so full of bugs and issues that literally 50% of the time there is a problem. If DBS could fix this and get it working close to 100% of the time then I would be very happy with it. As it stands, it is rather mind-boggling that DBS keeps winning digital bank of the year awards when they can’t build an app that actually works reliably.
Too many options
The app is better than the internet banking web function but has a load of unhelpful information which I can’t get rid of. I would like the web system to be brought in line with the phone app. All that said the phone app is the second best of the five finance apps I use.
