Absolutely friendly, fast and reliable service. When I book, I give them a message or a call to send the same cleaner and they do every time. Very happy with the service! The cleaner who comes deserves 5 starts! I am very happy with her. I only explained once and now she comes and does everything as she should. She is very friendly, fast and serious. She does not waste one minute.

I booked a cleaning service through this app, and while the process seemed straightforward, the experience was far from satisfactory.

The driver called me at 6:40 in the morning to confirm my address, which I had already provided when booking. While I don’t mind a confirmation call, receiving it that early was unreasonable. A better time would have been the night before or after 7:30 AM, especially since the drop-off window was between 8 and 10 AM.

When the driver dropped off the cleaner, he left her at the building’s main gate, and it took her 13 minutes to find my apartment. This wasn’t her fault, but the driver had all the necessary details and should have ensured she reached my door directly.

As for the cleaning itself, the cleaner was extremely inexperienced. I had to stand over her shoulder, showing her how to do even the smallest tasks, which wasted my entire morning and defeated the purpose of hiring a cleaning service in the first place. When I left her to clean the toilets, I later found water everywhere, and the countertop was greasy for some reason. I had to make her redo it while I supervised to ensure it was done correctly.

Overall, I’m very unsatisfied with the service and would not recommend it to anyone.
