I am a Cancer. I have paid for this app. This week and last week, my weekly horoscope told me I was entering the last 7 days of my birthday month. My birthday is in July. I want a refund.

Hoping to read a year horoscope for 2022
It’s fascinating and very interesting reading all the different aspects of my horoscope, my master number 11 meanings and just fun in general but I keep visiting the app as 2022 progresses and still the horoscope only tells me about 2021 which for me was personally the worst year of my life. I developed breast cancer and my younger brother died unexpectedly so I’m pretty tired of reading how great 2021 is going to be.
Just for kicks and giggles, mister app owner, write your 2022 horoscopes soon so I can speculate about what more delights await me in this new year.

We are sure it can be easily solved.
Everything’s Locked
I don’t have any issues with developers charging for a quality app, however it seems every single function is locked behind a paywall bar the daily horoscope which I can just look up online.
There is only a 3 day trial available and for something like this I feel a month would be a reasonable time trial before asking for a payment, so I can actually measure if the info relates to me or not. Three days doesn’t cut it.
*Update* Thanks for the bog standard response - I didn’t say it should be free. Your copy and paste skills are exceptional.

Here is why: Instead of asking you to purchase the app straight from the AppStore shelf we feel it's necessary to allow you to download it first. This way you can check how the app works, how it’s designed, browse all the sections, understand what it’s got to offer BEFORE you make a decision to purchase it. It makes a lot of sense from a customer perspective to understand what they're buying. And you've got a choice either to keep using it after the 3 days free trial period or cancel your subscription.
