Cushion Timer allows you to easily jump into mindfulness and track your progress. Cushion allows you to define multiple timers so you can quickly begin a short focus session or a longer meditation. Add a widget for one tap meditation or use reminders to build a new mindfulness habit.

Your mindfulness will be saved in the Apple Health app.
