Great Service, Great company!

I was concerned at first as my order took a while to arrive. I found out after contacting customer service that this was only because one item was on pre-order so they were waiting until this was available to dispatch the whole order together. Once I requested two separate orders the items turned up very quickly. I wanted to return a couple and keep a few, (only because I didn’t need 7 bikinis I actually loved them all!) CUPSHE then gave me an option to keep ALL items and receive a 70% refund, return for a 130% credit voucher or just return as usual and refund straight to original payment and pay a small postage fee. I went with the 70% refund option and received the money back into my account in less than 24 hours! Absolutely changed my mind on the company and I would definitely shop here again!

I couldn’t return

I ordered a few mix and match bikinis for my holiday, two of them I absolutely loved and fit perfectly, however I bought a bikini top which just didn’t sit right on me and knew I wouldn’t wear it, it was £28 so I thought I’ll return it!

I checked the returns policy and that was fine. So I put the order number in and clicked start a return, without even seeing what product it was, it told me I wasn’t eligible for a return? So confusing! I’m £28 down, I really thought I’d found a winner for all future holiday bikinis but I’ve just lost complete confidence in cupshe, great quality, lots of choice, sizes for all and I didn’t mind the price. But with the risk of being unable to return, I won’t be ordering again.
