CryoGuys is a dedicated app designed to enhance the cryotherapy experience for existing CryoGuys customers. By allowing clients to complete essential intake forms before arriving at the franchise, the app streamlines the check-in process and reduces wait times. This ensures that clients can directly proceed with their sessions without delays.
Access & Security:
Customer Login: The app is intended for CryoGuys customers who receive login credentials directly from the CryoGuys admin. This process ensures that only verified customers can access the app.
Enhanced Experience: The app provides convenience for returning clients by allowing them to fill out their details before visiting. New customers will be assisted by franchise employees to get started.
Secure and Private: Login credentials and account management are controlled by the CryoGuys admin for secure access. Data is stored locally on the customer’s device and can be synced to the server when needed.
App Workflow:
Terms and Conditions: Upon login, the app displays a mandatory Terms and Conditions screen that must be accepted before proceeding.
Client Information Screen:
o Required Fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Date of Birth. Clients under 18 must provide a guardian’s name.
o Optional Fields: Clients can optionally add their social media handles.
o Offline Use: On the initial download, after logging in the app requires an internet connection to retrieve the data. That data, once retrieved is stored locally in the device, after that the app works seamlessly offline.
Select Sports Screen:
o Customers can choose one or more sports categories (e.g., Pickleball, Soccer/Cheer, Wrestling, Marathon, Athlete) and complete unique questionnaires tailored to each sport for a customized cryotherapy session (These sports categories and questions are set by the admin and can be increased or decreased according to client response).
o Each sport has a unique questionnaire to gather specific information on any existing pain or discomfort areas that will help customize their cryotherapy experience.
o Clients have the option to submit forms for multiple sports before returning to the main screen for their next session.
Data Storage and Sync:
o Client-specific data is stored locally and can be synced with the CryoGuys secure server by the customer for backup purposes.
o The app checks internet connectivity and notifies the user if a network connection is required for syncing data.
CryoGuys ensures that clients have a seamless and efficient experience by enabling them to manage their data conveniently while supporting offline access and secure data storage.
