Good idea, could be better

Crowdfire is great but you don’t seem to get the topics you ask for to post.
For example I run a record label that is mainly alternative rock and other odd genres. The topics for articles I want are about guitars, equipment, new alternative rock artists etc and I get articles about hip-hop and Australian local news. Pictures I get are landscapes. None of it is relevant despite being asked which my main topics are (which also crashes when trying to change on the latest version).
If this app did what it is supposed to do, it would be unstoppable, but it’s such hard work I might as well do all the searching myself.

Hey Dave, I'm sorry you've had this experience :(
I've gone ahead and escalated this internally for my team to look into.
Meanwhile, could you please share your Twitter account that is connected to Crowdfire?
Also, a screen recording of the app crash? That'll help me dig deeper and quickly have it sorted for you! You can email me at hello@crowdfireapp.com - Gwen

Simple, fast & effective

I’m a UK voiceover, so reaching my target client and building ongoing relationships is vital. I’m often recording in the studio, and I never know when the next ‘rush job’ will come in. That means I need to be smart with the time I spend on social media.

That’s where Crowdfire comes in, and it has has quickly become my favourite platform for efficiently planning campaigns and easily reaching the right audience with minimal effort on my part. With just a few clicks my social media work is done for the week!

Crowdfire’s scheduling allows me to plan my outreach strategy. It’s the fastest way I’ve seen to get a snapshot of how my ideas will pay out across all the major platforms. It automatically gets my campaigns up and running, so I can get back to serving my clients.

Crowdfire’s curation feature is a great way to uncover useful content, and it’s a breeze to share. It’s already helped my network grow.

Crowdfire is easy to learn and simple to use. When I did have questions, their support team jumped on it right away, helping me to quickly get back to growing my network.

Since using Crowdfire my social media engagements have rapidly increased, providing a great ROI. I highly recommend it!

Can be effective but so unintuitive

I’ve used Crowdfire for a while now on and off and in previous iterations it has been relatively simple to use and seems to have worked well, but as I’ve (unfortunately) found after paying out for a subscription for the current version, it seems sluggish and every little feature takes longer in operation.
It is without question a quicker way of growing your social media, but whether it’s worth paying out for it or not is very debatable. I would strongly advise against paying for an entire years subscription despite the enticing discounts on taking out that longer period.
I can’t help feeling that the people at Crowdfire are making their cheapest plan so entry-level that you’re all but forced into getting one of their more “professional” plans. This is, of course, to be somewhat expected, but that doesn’t change the fact it is incredibly frustrating for their paying customers.

Developer Response ,

Hey Connor! I'm really sorry for all the trouble! Can you please write to hello@crowdfireapp.com with your registered email address? We'll be able to take care of this and help you out better! Looking forward to your email :) Cheers - Meg
