I like this game but

I really like this game but the only thing is getting stars seems to be harder even if you have all the upgrades which I don’t think is fair? You should be able to get through the levels if you have the upgrades without buying extras like extra money from a level etc as this will eat up at your bank account so not sure why they think it’s acceptable? Why would I keep paying every time I get stuck I’d be broke! Please fix this or I will uninstall as I’m tired of being stuck when I have everything upgraded but they want me to buy in no thanks.

Pointless

I have completed all the levels on this game and I’m unable to complete the map? When I contacted them regarding this issue I was sent a generic message saying that they’re currently working on more levels?! I have also had to message them constantly regarding the game crashing and not only was there no customer support given not once was I given compensation for the add one that I lost and had actually paid for. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME!! Absolutely pointless game with zero customer support or customer service. An absolute rip off and clearly made by people who are unqualified and untrained. This company has zero care for gamer experience or anywhere close to any kind of customer service. Absolutely awful please find a different company to game with between constantly crashing being unable to complete the map as they’re clearly incompetent. It’s been one frustration after the other which kill off any joy completely.

Starts off good but falls off quickly

The game starts off great, easy and fun to play levels, with a basic storyline. I could easily complete multiple levels in one sitting. But suddenly with the latest update, the levels have got impossible to complete. The levels requiring a certain number of customers to complete don’t even give the minimum number of customers to begin with. The money targets become impossible to reach even with everything upgraded to 3 stars. In order to attempt to complete levels now you have to put boosts on and still spend diamonds at the end for extra time, or extra customers, all of which require money and that is not something I am willing to do. Don’t get invested unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money to finish this game.
