Very good but a glitch ?

I really like this game it is super awesome and I really recommend, the only problem I have is that the game might have a glitch that they need to patch up because either it kicks me out of the game or randomly freezes on me and doesn’t save my progress also my animals colours also glitch and sometimes it doesn’t show the colours. Apart from that I would really recommend preferably between 4-12 yrs old. Anyways thank you for taking your time to read this. Lavender cow sighing out Bye ! 😊😊💕💕

Help my cog thingy is full but I’m not getting anything

There are so many cute little animals all kinds of mini games in it different places to play in even a railroad type game. However a few things that I am wanting in this is when you designing your pets the rubber should have more than one size maybe 🤔 three. Okay next you rrreeeaaally need a tiger it’s just a thing you need for me to love this game even more. Last thing why don’t the animals have their own personal score for the bath-cart thingy so that there isn’t like one unbeatable score that you did once but know you can’t do again. I got 1009 and don’t think I can get it again any time soon. Love dis game and overall it is awesome. Thanks again for the awesome game ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS ( If you can’t do some the one that I would like more is the tiger 🐯 I’m addicted to tigers 😀😀😀)

Started okay, but then...

2 Mar 2021 Update: The Developer replied to my review with a sympathetic message (👍), but the support link provided takes me to a generic help page that says “email here” but has no hyperlink or email form! Devs: thanks for reaching out... do you have a different link or can you get the support page updated please?

17 Feb 2021: This ought to be a fabulous app: free to play, not WiFi dependent, no In-App purchase, but... it’s just so frustrating! After a few days of play (around Christmas 2020), it started to crash repeatedly and predictably: every time we click on the tree house. That means it’s not possible to scribble on new pets and unlocking new pets is impossible because the progress meter resets every time the app crashes.
I’ve tried freeing up GBs of space on my iPad, closing the app, force-restarting the app, hard rebooting the iPad but nothing changes.
I really don’t want to delete it or start again because my LO will, lose all her progress and unlocked pets. I’ve seen the same glitch reported elsewhere... PLEASE figure out what is going wrong!
