Thank you for your feedback.
We appreciate your suggestion for a custom countdown format. We are currently working on this feature and it is scheduled to be released soon.
In the meantime, we use an automatic format for the countdown timer. When the remaining days are more than one month, the timer will show in the format of month-day-hour-minute. When the remaining days are less than one month, the timer will show in the format of day-hour-minute-second.
We value your input and we are always looking for ways to improve our products. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions.

No Widget: Paid the subscription
I just discovered this app, downloaded and paid the subscription. I keep forgetting friends and family’s birthdays so I need a working app to help me remind myself and it is very effective to have a widget appears on my front phone’s screen…..but this isn’t the case for this app! The WIDGET function is NOT WORKING…it’s just BLANK… Please correct the issue or at least refund my money back..

Thank you for your feedback! We have fixed the issue. You can update your app to version 5.0.0 by following these steps:"Profile" - "Settings" - "App upgrade".
Once you have updated your app. You should then be able to use the widget features normally.
