Amazing app to do yoga with your kids
We love the app as a family. The content is fantastic and we love doing yoga together. Our favourites are the yoga episodes based on stories, so that we can do yoga poses to our favourite books and stories! We also loved the yoga superheros episodes for mental health, such a great resource to make our little ones more resilient. We also loved the more active episodes like the super yoga episodes which are like video games. My son absolutely loves doing yoga watching these videos and there is so much new content we can still do and explore together. Amazing app!
Love cosmic kids
Been doing the yoga for a while and loved it. I do it with my kids (3 and 5) - it’s a good cool down/stretch for me after a workout and they love the storytelling combined with movement. And it’s a great way to get them into yoga. If they get stressed during the day I can do a few poses with them and it calms them down.
Just discovered the zen den content which is brilliant. My kids were rapt.
Totally worth the money!
I was dubious about paying the subscription but I’m so glad we did. There is so much content, we use it for sleep, self regulation, family yoga and there is enough variation for my teenagers and my toddler.
