Good app but unresponsive team
App is good and I like the features but an update took a core part of them away - journeys - which despite contacting twice through the app contact system, remains missing from the app
Content OK, but quite a few bugs
I was really excited to try this app, and found the content to be OK (a bit repetitive in places, but nothing I haven’t read in various books before), but there are quite a few bugs. The most frustrating of which is that I can’t send my partner things that I’ve read through the app (even though she’s downloaded the app and we’re ‘connected’ on there as partners) which is a shame because it would really help the conversation to flow more. The tech support isn’t great as it’s been over a week since I raised it, having sent screenshots and even a video of the process I followed, but to no avail.
Also, for an app you have to pay £50 per year for, I’d expect more regular ‘tasks’ from it. In the first week, we had 2 or 3 things that would pop up (‘leave your partner a love note’ etc), which is a great concept, but they’ve become really irregular now.
I wouldn’t recommend it, tbh.

So. many. bugs.
Good idea and nice content but just off the top of my head:
- Face ID security doesn’t really work. The app shows you what was on screen before it locked while it’s working out whether you should have access or not. Not great for an app that wants you to share intimate thoughts and photos. Better hope your kids didn’t pick your phone up.
- if you’re typing a long message and the app locks, it throws away the text you were working on when you unlock it again
- notifications are utterly random. My wife sends a message and I have no idea, then other times I get multiple copies of the same notification at the same time
- the UI is a trainwreck. We’ve been using this for 3 weeks now and I still can’t remember where I found something and get back to it.
- sometimes the UI just locks up and I have to quit the app and restart
Please do a bit more quality testing! It’s not like this is a budget app, it’s £50 a year.
