Cookie Kingpin is a tactical game of keeping one step ahead of your enemies. Manage your cookie-scouts, deal cookies and settle disputes with rivals. Upgrade your armory, track down your rivals' stash houses, bolster your defenses and send your hardest cookie-scouts to take what's yours.
Conflicts with rival cookie clubs are settled in the most hardcore target-shooting competitions imaginable. Winners take the streets. Losers are left to lay in a pool of their own hurt feelings.
But don't forget to keep an eye on your own men; out on the streets, respect is everything. If a cookie scout steps out of line, you need to respond. Settle disputes, promote lieutenants, throw lavish parties, intimidate snitches, track down valuable rumors, and keep off the heat with crooked lawyers to protect your crew.
