New version launched without user guide
A new version of the app was launched, with a significantly changed User Interface and none of the online user guides or training videos have been updated. This means all of our internal users are now reliant on us creating bespoke re-training internally. Not very customer centric.
Poor interface
App doesn’t let you change country once selected, meaning if you have the wrong value then you can’t submit an expense
Awful
Awful. Continually crashes and then tells me I’m not recognised on the system when I was literally half way through completing an expenses claim.
