In our latest Companion app release, we’re excited to introduce two brand-new modules for e-Reception Book: Deliveries and Items.
Deliveries Module
Easily manage and log all incoming deliveries from arrival to collection. Automatically notify recipients when their delivery arrives at reception, removing the need for manual emails or phone calls. Capture a digital signature on collection to ensure all deliveries are securely recorded and tracked.
Items Module
Say goodbye to traditional sign-out sheets! Our new Items module provides a digital way to track, manage, and sign out workplace assets such as keys, laptops, and equipment. Access a real-time inventory log and view the live status of all items directly from the Companion app.
