Such an amazing app for the kids!

First Impressions!

The layout of the app is very well laid out! My youngest who is 5 immediately clicked on the right spot and was able to get to the colouring pictures! The swiping is not clear to get to the next section, and had I not noticed the image of the next section peeking out, it probably would not get clicked on, maybe have an arrow or something showing that you can go that way?
The ability to must the music is amazing! I had my oldest test this app while she was watching TV, and it was nice that she could keep the tv playing without the music overpowering it!

The Pictures!

The variety of pictures are nice, simple and readable for young eyes, I like the style and honestly would be excited to see more added!

Once again the layout of the images are good and make it easy for younger eyes to choose which image they want!
Painting!

The overall feeling of using the app to paint was great! Very easy to understand, and I love the different tools that the app allows the kids to use, it makes everything so much more exciting! I love the fact that you stop kids from going outside the lines, however sometimes this meant that my niece was colouring outside of her area and getting frustrated because the pen wouldn’t work, maybe make it so that this can be disabled?

The ability to animate the drawing after it was done was such a lovely addition, it really made the whole experience so much fun, and different from any other app my kids have used in the past! Such a nice touch!

1. what confused you in the app (was not clear or difficult to understand/find/do)?
Nothing really confused me or my kids in terms of layout, other than the existence of other books, maybe make this clearer through Navigation, as my kids didn’t really know to swipe.

2. what you expected but could not find in the app?
Nothing, you had everything I expected and more!

3. did you have any difficulties with the coloring/painting of small parts?
Yes, there were a few times where me or my kids tried to paint smaller details such as the eyes, or the stripes on the cat tail, and it would paint the whole tail instead of the stripes.

4. what do you think is missing in the app?
Honestly, I don’t think there is anything missing, it has everything you would need for a colouring app.

5. how would you describe your overall experience in few words?
Calming. Me and my kids love to draw, and currently the eldest is trying her hardest to learn how to colour within the lines, so having an app that focuses on one section at a time, made the whole experience better for her, as she didn’t feel bad when making a mistake

6. which pictures do you like the most?
Me: I loved the Cat and the Cow! Such a simple yet endearing style.
My 5 year old: She was obsessed with the Dog! Absolutely Obsessed!
My Eight Year old: She loved the Cat and the Sheep!
