Color Effects - Photo Editor 4+

Just added this app and already I can see a lot of potential in it for the work I do on original art and photographs. It has a lot of promise. It's very easy to get into and use, but very soon and once you get to know all the tools you can create stunning effects simply and effectively. Love it already.

I was looking for some recoloring apps so I could recolor some old photographs of Anne Frank but when I went on I had to pay witch immediately made me a bit annoyed. I payed the £0.99 and I got the recoloring pack of the app. I went on and already didn’t understand how to use it AT ALL. I got immediately confused and I still can’t work out what to do. I feel like I’ve almost actually been scammed. It’s really annoying how I have wasted that money and I can’t get it back. It’s practically a fraud and I’m not happy about it. I would like some advice how to use the app cause that money’s isn’t going to waste. Extremely disappointed in this app and I expected higher quality and easier instructions or maybe even a turtorial ! As I said before can I get instructions on how to use it. Very disappointed

Total waste of money, the claim that you can apply any colour is untrue. If you are trying to recolour white, you can only apply the palest of pale pastels. You can select dark purple, but you get barely-there lilac. Conversely, if you try to colour a dark colour, you can only get dark colours : select a pastel shade, but it applies a very dark version of it. The auto correct doesn’t work, so if you go over the edge, you have to undo and try again. Because of that, this would take hours to colour one picture.
Unsurprisingly, the Feedback button in the app doesn’t work either, presumably they really don’t want to hear from all the disgruntled customers.
