Thank you for your interest in our Clocktower Cars App.
This allows you to book a Private Hire (mini-cab) directly on to our system.
Our large fleet of mini-cabs include Hybrid, Estate cars, MPV’s, 8 Seater’s, Executive, Luxury Class and wheelchair accessible vehicles. We cover all major Airport’s with transfers to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, City Airport, Luton and Stanstead to name a few, we can also transfer you to and from sea ports. We do local and long distance journey’s and school run journey’s with all driver’s fully DBS checked and at a very cheap rate, 24 hours a day.
Clocktower Cars now have offices in Epsom, Kingston, Worcester Park, Bookham and Guildford.
We also cover many area’s including Ashtead, Leatherhead, Oxshott, Ewell, Cheam, Sutton, Surbiton, Berryland’s, Tolworth, Hook, Chessington, Cobham, North Cheam, New Malden, Norbiton, Ham, Tadworth, Banstead, Walton-on-the-Hill, Kingswood, Belmont, Stoneleigh, Fetcham, Effingham, Horsley, Guildford to name just a few.

OK -But...
A useful app but you can only run it on one device - when you set it up, you are asked to create a log-in but then there is no way of logging out! So, you cannot check a booking from a second device, say a PC or tablet if yuo set the account up on a phone. The developer needs to address this - then it may be worth more stars
A Rubbish App & Now They’ve Blacklisted Me
The app is poor. Repeatedly it leads you to book cars immediately when you are actually trying to book a future pick-up. And putting in your flight number is ignored because, apparently, the flight no turns up in the ‘wrong place’! And then there was the trip into London that was supposed to be paid for, but because it seems they did charge as much as they should’ve (we didn’t know - we just asked to pre-pay for trip and paid what was asked for) they told the 1am pick up that it wasn’t paid for making it his problem.
... and when I go to try and book an airport run & give them a second chance, I find they’ve black listed me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Poor service
They decided to cancel my car 5 minutes after the pickup time when I had a wedding to attend. They gave me no reasoning behind it other than “we have no cars available” would have been good to know when I booked the car 2 HOURS EARLIER!!!! Apparently they tried to contact me before but I have no record of that on my phone. He claimed to have tried to call me “five minutes earlier” which would have been at the time of the pickup. Still unacceptable. I’d better receive a full refund or I’m going to go mad
