Okay, but could be much better
The levels can be challenging at times however more recently a couple of the levels additional to the clinics already finished have crashed for no apparent reason therefore making me fail the level when it was quite obvious the ‘level characters’ had disappeared once treated. This for me is a massive flaw and is making me not want to play the game anymore. Please provide a game update or simply fix the issues!

Insane click ad practices forced me to quit
I QUIT. I quit the forced privacy agreement every update you have to spend over 5 minutes unchecking privacy options they deliberately made annoying having to scroll to find & uncheck each hidden box.
Their ads for coins etc now being up to 90 SECONDS long, then others ads adding 30 seconds on after the 30 second ads runs down & your award is supposed to go through.
I feel it’s best to take my in app purchases and add revenue clicks elsewhere despite investing real money trying to level up a game designed to make you spend gems.
Too many games like this are signing up to such deceptive practices and tbh I have two gaming consoles & a laptop that offer me better at this point. My wallet & I will stick to the games that haven’t signed up to such nonsense. Way to chase off your paying target audience.
