Ratings and Reviews
Clunky and crashy
An awkward interface that for me works the wrong way around. Most schools have a fixed timetable, with bells and buzzers ringing at regular intervals. For example, there might be 5 lessons a day, at the same times every day. What you want is to be able to set up a school week (or two) and then input which classes you teach at which times. Year 7 Monday P1, Year 10 Monday P2 etc.
This software expects you to input the classes and then individually set the times for each instance of that class. It's not even possible to quickly tab from a start time to an end time. Input is interrmittently unreliable, sometimes ignoring key strokes. It takes ages just to set up one class' times. The software crashed three times while I was trying to do my second class.
I'd have happily paid the £1.49 a month for this, but realised quickly that it was unworkable and impractical.
Developer Response ,
Rob,
I'm sorry you didn't reach out to me (support@inpocketsolutions.com), I'd be happy to help. It is actually really easy to set up with same start/end times for a class if it is the same every day. In fact, the default setting is a switch that says 'Same time each day'. With that you just enter the time once and it is used for all days the class meets. I'm guessing you turned that switch off which then shows you inputs for the start/end times for each day. Feel free to email me and I'd be happy to answer any further questions.
