Buying is a Cinch
This app is so easy to use with a huge variety of cars to choose from. I love that they show you all if any imperfections on the car whether it be a scuff, chip or scratch. Plus it’s being delivered to near enough my door step. Can’t wait for it to arrive.
COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM CINCH
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had an ongoing issue with my car since August - I had bought the car in May - by August the car had caught fire with my 18 month old daughter in the back. No calls received from Cinch after informing them of this - and was told that this was down to ‘driver error’. Cinch left me without a functioning car for months - making it impossible to leave the house with my daughter or get to my job as an Intensive care nurse. Spent half my life in emailing/calling Cinch to be passed from pillar to post. The customer service representative who was supposedly dealing with the case has ignored all my contact. Just recently (7th Jan) I was promised that the customer complaints team would be in touch with me via phone within 48 hours - It is now the 17th Jan and I have heard nothing despite emailing/calling multiple times. The case is now being handled by the police (due to the sale of faulty goods), solicitors and the financial ombudsman.

Easy Purchase
After biting the bullet and buying a car online, without even seeing it, I put my full trust into Cinch. The purchasing was very straight forward and easy going. A new car, and delivery date sorted within minutes.
There is a lot of help and information available to read, which puts you at ease.
The Delivery to my door service was selected, which includes my current car as Part-Ex to pick up.
All smooth so far…. I have selected a standard delivery slot for around 10 days after my purchase. There were a variety of dates and times available which suited my available time.
So, let’s see how things go when the car finally arrives…. I guess it’s watch this space for now!!!
