Hopeless

I purchased a 12 month subscription in March this year. Almost every fortnight since then I have been unable to download the current edition of the newspaper - it just doesn't show in the app.
I have contacted support several times but by the time they reply the edition appears - usually 3-4 dats after publication.
This is not acceptable. I have asked for a refund.

App has stopped working

It has often been a bit glitchy, but for the last few weeks it has closed as soon as I open it. Very frustrating as my subscription is running. An update is needed fast.

Subscription cannot be restored

Although I paid my subscription I haven’t been able to download. Advice from newspaper was no help. I followed advice, still cannot download and now cannot download any past copies either.
