Great game
Right off the bag, great game. It has a great story, great options and great style. I’ve played this game about 5-6 times. You can choose to be a kind officer and work your way up the ranks or the opposite, the choice is yours. I personally favour this choice of game over the rest because of the theme/story. I love naval things.
The only one issue I have with this, and it’s sort of minor. I wish there was a little more to it. The story is a little short in my opinion but still amazing at that. I also wish there was another choice of game set in this era. Maybe as a pirate.
Other than that however, great game, and really interesting.
Amazing
This game is superb, it draws you in, you control the ending/fate, and overall it’s just so immersive. However, what would make it even more fun, is if you could choose between being an officer for Albion or Gaul (maybe even another nation, like Hispania for Spain) since it would add more diversity. Other than that, this game is just wow. Best of all, it’s completely free in terms of chapters, unlike a lot of other games. This makes it even better. Again, keep doing what you’re doing.
Worth every moment!
A fun and engaging choice-based game, and even though I didn’t pay to skip ads it didn't mean I was accosted by them at every turn! Wonderful for anyone interested in the Age of Sail, maritime warfare, tall ships or just choice games!
Being able to personalise the protagonist was great, and I can’t wait to try it again with a different style of character. Kudos for having the choice of women-only ships, I’ve not seen that before and it’s so refreshing!
Only improvement I’d suggest is possibly adding a feature to turn back one page to amend a decision.
