Description
Chase 2: The Keyholding Company is a mobile app used by The Keyholding Company's Service Partner network to complete security jobs in real-time.
Using bespoke job workflows, we guide our security officers to complete the right tasks at the right time, whilst ensuring they have the property information to hand. The comprehensive evidence captured in the app is then surfaced to clients in our Smart Security Platform so they have full transparency on all jobs carried out across their estate.
The app can also be used offline, so information can be captured regardless of a stable internet connection.

Thanks for your feedback, we currently log out users every 24 hours for security purposes so that might be the issue you're seeing here. We're currently reviewing this policy and will be increasing the time limit in an upcoming development cycle.
We'll also take a look into any other possibilities into why this is happening but in the mean time you can also:
- Update to the latest version of the app. We're always adding fixes and improvements
- Report a bug through our app, you can easily do so by taking a screenshot. This gives us more information to help you.
