Missing photos- Failure to send
I tried using this app and found it was not as simple and straightforward a process as it had been when using Boots Photo app. Once I did manage to order three sets of photos of my newborn babies, several photos were missing from the three sets I ordered for family. The customer service was poor as I never got responses to my emails and ended up having to call them several times to get through. It was agreed to reprint all the photos, because they can’t just print the ones that were missing, however four months down the line and these haven’t materialised either.
I have now been issued a refund which I need to check for– but I will not be using the service again as I cannot trust all my photos to arrive.
