Castle Wreck 12+

I bought the no ad option because I like the mindless castle wrecking. Now with the update there are many soldiers on the castle with funny emoticons - why on earth every time one dies you zoom in on it? It’s a puppet falling! And every time an explosion sends one flying (very often) off you go following it with the camera, pointlessly, then on the way back pause on...nothing, waiting for the castle to keep falling and new explosions to happen, without having a chance to see what’s happening. It’s called Castle Wreck, not flying puppet! The mindless destruction is the fun, seeing the towers fall in different ways according to how you it them is the fun - and now every time the camera goes off to follow a pointless puppet flying instead of concentrating on the main point of the game. What the heck? Plus just a few bugs and crashes on XS...shame, I like the game but hate the puppet following

I love this game, for a quick satisfying bit of destruction it’s spot on. However, at level 257 it’s getting v repetitive. Can we have some historic castles based on real ones, larger ones that are more difficult, maybe a choice of munitions rather than a styled canon that doesn’t affect anything and Please can you stop the camera tracking soldiers blown off screen- you could simply set camera to a helicopter view to see the destruction as the camera circles and remind us where hidden explosives are?
Lastly do the leaderboards work as nothing happens when I tap the icon?

A great game that needs tweak for longevity but definitely a fave.

The game itself is satisfying - especially the physics of how everything falls over! However..., for some reason the camera follows the little puppet soldiers (which are essentially just props, not important for gameplay at all) instead of focusing on the destruction. That badly needs to get patched. So many times I’ve been trying to see what was going but the camera is too busy looking off at some guy falling into the sea.

There are other things too - once you’ve filled up your destruction meter the game just whisks you off to the next place. It would be nice if you could choose to stick around and bulldoze some more! The other obvious flaw is that there isn’t that many castles. Once you’ve completed them all you’ll just see them all again in a loop.

If those little things were patched out this would be an outstanding app, but as is can be a little frustrating.
