What kind of service is this. I bought a dash cam from china and use there dash cam app from App Store and both not working. Very disappointed

Live view works maybe 50% of the time, location and location track work, every other function either crashes the app and just doesn’t work.
Comes across as a half finished app build from stack exchange copy/pasted code.
