Great App
Super user friendly / fast and great options ! All the luck
Bad Experience
I’ve had a disappointing experience with this Application not once, but twice. Both times, my order arrived incorrect, even though I had clearly stated my preferences in the order notes. The first time, it took almost 2 hours to get the correct order after reporting the issue, and the second time, it took about an hour. While their response time in acknowledging the problem is quick, actually taking action to resolve it is extremely slow. On top of that, customer service mentioned that the restaurant would contact me directly, but no one has called me yet. It’s frustrating to wait so long for a resolution, especially when it keeps happening. This is making me hesitant to order through them again.

Would not recommend, never using again
Second time it happens with me
First time i ordered, the restaurant cancelled my ordered, did not recieve a notification that it got cancelled waited for long to find nothing is coming to me, did not get refunded
This time i waited 2 hours and after i called they said it is out of delivery bounds, didn’t get refunded, and they accused me that im lying and i took the order.
This app is a scam i dont think it will ever last!
