I found the systems utilised and driving the retrieval and display of vehicles selected by variables is great and provides a host of information relating to the vehicle displayed.
It also provides contact point for further information, a great facility, it was a most enjoyable exercise and allowed me to select a vehicle that suits my requirements and at a price within my budget.

When one tries to send a message to the car dealership via the App, one doean’t seem to be able to communicate with a real person. AI responses are time wasting, unhelpful and quite frankly ankoying and off putting and make me jot want to even jother huying the car through this “service”.
Where has the “personal touch in sales” disappeared?! I absolutely hate having to communicate with “Artificial Inteligence”- as there is not much “inteligence” present there and it wastes one’s time.
Not only is it annoying and useless, it is taking prescious work from real peopleand in this day, can we afford to replace people with AI and annoy good customers?
I don’t think car business has a luxury of loosing potential customers who, as myself, absolutely REFUSE to deal with AI, do you?

Cookies policy allows you to switch on or off under consent and legitimate interest. Introduction says you may ‘object to legitimate interest’, so is moving the slider to off stopping legitimate interest or switching off your agreement to object to legitimate interest, and what does that mean anyway?

Confused? So was I, which I’m sorry to say broke my trust in this app so now deleted.

I’d used it in the past. Great for finding vehicles of interest. Found the ratings being used by a trader to justify a price that I felt was too high on one vehicle so walked away and bought another. Then smiled when I eventually saw the first vehicle’s price drop a few week’s later to the price I felt was right and getting sold.
