Description
This app is for medical biology practitioners and researchers only. The goal is to map new antibiotic resistance in real time.
Developed in collaboration with Hospital Kremlin-Bicêtre (Paris), CarbaZ enables rapid, accurate and unbiased characterization of carbapenemases rapid diagnostic tests. It leverages the high reproducibility of the camera and flash of your device to grab an image further analyzed by means of an artificial intelligence. The AI has been trained and calibrated on hundreds of RDTs to provide an accurate reading. With all the analysis performed on device, the analysis is fast and private. Provided with a practitioner account, results are reported live and maps of prevalence are generated on the fly.
CarbaZ reads two RDTs from NG Biotech and CORIS BioConcept, C, K, O V, I, N bars are detected with the same sensitivity across the devices.
