Great game- somethings need changed
The cost of box’s is quite high forcing you to watch ads to keep up with the increasing quota to evolve stations. Also, the races should be done on time not points. Apart from that this game is amazing with no forced ads which is so refreshing.
The “side quest” is frustrating
I’ve put side quest in quotes for the title because I’m not sure exactly how to describe it. Essentially, while you’re out here fixing cars and trying to progress to the next level, at some point on the second-third level you’re directed to modify some cars so that you can race them…
Personally I really enjoyed the main game play and haven’t been able to put the game down for 2 days, but now I’m stuck waiting for the race cars to be modified and having to race them so that I can gain “reputation” that can be used to purchase the next level. But racing involves modifying which involves collecting parts, which involves hoping those parts are offered to you by a trading company looking to exchange your cars for the parts. The whole thing is an absolute drag and I can’t be bothered to waste my time anymore.
Also to complete a quest early on, you need to complete 46 or so tasks..one of which is to make an in app purchase. I don’t agree with this at all. Purchases should be optional, not a condition for completing a section of the game..especially in the beginning. I really really enjoyed the concept of this game before the racing part came in. Now if you’ve got time for that, go for it, but I don’t think it’s as fun as the main part of the game and it’s a waste of time.
Virtually unplayable
You get to play for 10-30 seconds then have to watch back to back 2.5 min ads, unless you pay £10 for no ads, but as you only get things by watching the ads I’m not sure how that will go. A great fun game when you get to play but just WAY to many ads. Unfortunately Apple has made and allowed devs to make games all about money, this is why mobile games are all in app purchases. I’d rather pay £1.99 for a game without ads but no.
