CamHi 4+

Loved this app. I have 3 PTZ cameras connected. You can select a camera and pan and zoom easily, but the feature I bought the cameras for is the motion detection. It pushes an alert, but the feature I found d most useful was it would then email you a screenshot. This meant I did not have to constantly watch hours of video to find any intruders, I could simply scroll quickly through my inbox and identify and delete cats, dog walkers, or simply heave wind and rain that had triggered the alarm instead of actual people. If a person was in the email, I could then use the timestamp to effortlessly identify the correct video clip to download from the the camera. But sadly this feature no longer works after the latest update. Am now left with either buying new cameras that will do this, or carry on trying to find an app that works with my cameras and has this feature. Haven’t found one yet.

I downloaded to use your app with my new CCTV camera, after a recommendation from a friend. I have had it for 3 days, it worked fine the first day, but the last two days every time I or my mother logs on it is a blank black screen. I unplugged and replugged in my CCTV camera and when I am in my home it works fine but when we are out it cuts out.

I have double and triple checked, the camera works fine and is connected to WIFI. I had this installed to keep an eye on my home while I am not there. It is making me very disappointed and I’m regretting getting this system for it to only work for a day. My friend who recommended this to me is also saying the same thing has happened to her although she’s had her system a lot longer. I wonder if it is the latest update?

I like the app I think it is easy to use and is user friendly, the only improvements that I would like to see on the app to make it truly the best would be to have the option on four pictures I would
Love to have the option of having 2/3/4 pictures as I have 2 cameras and think having the option would be amazing the second option that I believe would be great would be able to have the ability in night mode to lighten or darker the picture.
Other then that it is a great app and I hope the developers can read my review and consider to add the changes to the app I have mentioned.
