- The app will now show a relevant error when attempting to begin an SMS chat with no messaging CLI selected
- Fixed being unable to edit phonebook contacts in some cases.
- Added the ability to send files in the chat and fixed an issue with opening received .txt files.
- Resolved some issues that could cause the chat to hang and not load the latest messages.
- Added the ability to toggle the chat notifications setting from the DND page

Good but lacks features you you expect
The interface is very clean and ties in well with he desktop app but the description mentions voice and video but unless I’m missing something the product has no video support currently.
Solid and reliable and feature-rich
As a user of CallSwitch Communicator 6 I approached CallSwitch One with some caution as I didn’t know if it could better an already solid and feature-rich platform. But it has. CallSwitch One offers a neat and simple interface whilst offering all the features a user demands. I can flexibly change my outbound CLI and work across multiple devices with features such as presence and chat as standard. SSO (Single Sign On) makes the set-up and configuration easy if you’re a Microsoft or Google user.
MS login broken
Cannot use Microsoft Login on this version, just get an error MSALErrorDo-main error -50000
