Re downloaded the app. Now it’s working.
Eventually got my numbers saved in the app as 0…. And not an international number (+44) after deleting it and reinstalling the app. I imagine some people would not be as persistent with IT as I tend to be.
Call assist registration
After several attempts at entering phone numbers in various formats - +44 or 07 and all the breakdown numbers and reloading the app - I gave up. I’ll just phone for help if needed !
