Improved vehicle inspection UI and workflow.
On the Vehicle Details screen, fixed a bug that was showing the Speed value in miles per hour for metric users instead of kilometers per hour.
Fixed a bug with the Duplicated Rider dialog box that prevented it from closing when the driver tapped Allow Rider to Board.
