Better than all the yoga apps

Having tried out a number if popular yoga apps I returned to Breasy because of its no-nonsense, no-disruptive-talking design. Sometimes simplicity is key. My only suggestion - let users vary the length of each breath themselves within physiologically sensible parameters and maybe include tummo-breathing?

Awesome and easy!!

This app so easy and calming your anxities. I can use it anywhere with shortest time possible for a minute till 15 min during my office hours. It helped alot. I am using it for last couple of months, I liked its simplicity and yet it is very effective. I recommend it.

Great

The 4-7-8 breathing is great for calming my mind, but the fact I can’t lock my screen drains my battery, would it be possible to add this?
