Braun Skin i·expert IPL 4+

I’ve just bought the product after a lot of research primarily because I liked the sound of the app. Sadly the app says it’s not available in my region. I’m regretting my purchase already and it hasn’t even arrived yet!

Update: my region was incorrectly set in settings. Once changed the app now works.

If you downloaded the app, but it says it’s not available in your region, please try to change the region setting in IOS by going to Settings -> General -> Language & Region. Omg this is so frustrating. I have a WiFi device but it won’t connect. It always tells me that the password is incorrect. We had to lower our security settings which isn’t ideal and then it connected for one day. Today I tried again and once again it won’t connect. I have to send ir back. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I have already been in touch with your trouble shooting team and I am doing everything correctly. ARgh!!

Please check that the router is not in privacy mode and hit retry. You will also have the option to enter the WiFi information manually by selecting “Other network” on the WiFi list. If that doesn’t help, check that your timezone and date settings on your phone are correct. An incorrect date or timezone could cause issues with the apps ability to connect to the internet, due to an invalid SSL handshake.

It’s also important that you’re connected to a WiFi frequency of 2.4ghz, other WiFi frequencies such as 5G will not connect to the device firmware. If possible, it can be worth trying to connect to another WiFi network, such as at a friend’s house, to ensure your device is working correctly and WiFi signal is strong enough.

Can list down the apps can be use at which country?? Else remove your stock from the country that not available. Ipl7 meant to be use with apps, so now i feel my device somehow useless that i have to track myself
