I can’t cancel this app

I subscribed to this app not realising the £41 a month subscription charge.
I want to cancel it but am struggling to find out how!
Make sure you are aware of the ongoing cost before you subscribe! 😡😡😡

Nice Enough App but cost is hidden

The App is nice enough. Can be entertaining for a few minutes a day. I am out off by the fact that I see nowhere on the App Store what you will gave to pay to use the App. As it turns out I was charged to my credit card 38.66. Not sure how they hot my card details cause I never approved a charge. I emailed them a few times to cancel with no reply even though they say they will respond to all messages within 24 hours. I also left feedback within the App but again, no response. In the App it says if you want to cancel you can do so in your Apple subscriptions but this app is not listed there. Do long story Shirley I paid for an app without approving the charge and I don’t know how to cancel the subscription. They also make the Heart Rate Monitor App which is very good but I will likely cancel it too if I can figure out how. Be warned - Update - I cancelled my subscription by terminating the app as advised - today I got another charge for £41.07. Its outrageous. You do not respond to email as you say you will, you do not respond to messages in the app and you ignore these reviews where you have a customer clearly not happy. Just tell me how to make this all go away. This is beginning to feel like a scam.

Seriously are you just going to keep taking money without ever responding to me? This is a scam if not - prove it! I will gladly remove this post if you settle this.

Update - I did in fact get a refund for most of the charges that were removed from my debit card. It took a long time but finally someone got back to me. I still do not understand what this App is supposed to cost or how they got my payment details. Like I said, it’s a nice enough App depending on the cost but they should be more up front about the cost, the duration of the subscription and have a very clear and transparent cancellation policy.
