Description
Blood Pressure Companion is a blood pressure, heart rate and weight tracker.
Keeping track of blood pressure is a good habit to keep healthy. High blood pressure (HBP) is one of most common and frequently-occurring diseases; heredity, unbalanced diet, fat, lack of exercise, and drink etc may cause high blood pressure.
Using Blood Pressure Companion to track your blood pressure, you can monitor your blood pressure closely and visual by words, chart and histogram. When you find it abnormal, you can take quick actions to find the reason and keep it from growing high.

Still using it...
I have been using this app for some time now and find it an excellent way to record the results of my tests. I prefer to use a manual system as I don’t always want a record of my readings and those readings that are high I like to redo after taking time to rectify a problem so need more than the three runs normally associated with automatic systems. It would be easy to use numbers to record the data and draw graphs but why bother when this app does it all for you.
Ideal app
Started with free option, then upgraded to paid app to increase number of users (ie family). Very easy to use and includes wide range of stats. I have kept our blood pressures results for many years. Very useful to see changes. I did go through a stage of high bp, and so decided to loose weight. Lost about 1 stone and went down to less than my bmi . Now 120 and less. Also used app for doctor for keep record. He is recommending it for other patuents..
Comprehensive, so simple to use, Doctor asked for it.
I cannot see a blood pressure monitor organiser being better than this. Easy to use, Perfect for me to keep a record. Graphs created from data entered. Oh and be prepared to amaze your Doctor with the data and analysis. The printed information is presented in such a professional manner. I’ve used it for almost 12 months now so worth the while and the few £.itcost.
