Almost perfect
I have 10 gambling apps,this user interface is just the best out them all but 2 things need to be changed to make this great,1) waiting 3 days for withdrawls is so out of date when william hill ,betfair etc… pay in to your account within 2 hours also when i click on my football accumulators in my bets i want to see all my matches with the current score and time played as soon as i hit open bets instead of having to press lots of buttons to view event ,its these 2 reasons i would be more inclined to just place bets on william hill just for the convenience
Unprofessional company
I made an account, added bank details, deposited £10 and proceeded to play. I was winning bits and bobs and had been playing for 10-15 minutes with £2.43 left on my account when I was kicked mid game and told my account was blocked. Upon proceeding to live chat an employee firstly told me that the company are entitled to perform identity validation checks “from time to time” when it is deemed necessary. They would not tell me what about my account warranted such a validation being requested. They could not answer and then the fumbling chat girl then told me ALL customers have to do this even though she had previously showed me the terms & conditions which state only that they are entitled to perform these checks “from time to time”. Shoddy company, staff who don’t know their own rules and tell you different things from their colleagues. Avoid this app and go the bookies instead.
I can’t fault it
This app is brilliant,it never crashes,it never lags,always works,I can always place my bets,i can always get my winnings,it sits on my device when i need it,no fuss at all,its user interface is great ,it does exactly what I want from a betting app,what more can i say,i love to bet ,i lose most of the time,its just good old fun having a flutter win or lose,some of the people leaving bad reviews need to get a grip,some of the crap they write is nonsense,i can say that with confidence because ive got 1st hand experience using this bookmaker for 2 years and haven’t had one bad experience.
