Bomb Chicken 12+

Cannot get past the first gate in level 16. It doesnt allow enough time to get up the platforms after dropping your bomb to hold the gate open!!
Otherwise great game..

There is nothing wrong with controls fact is on an IPad the only controls there are is the screen so no point moaning about controls because any platform game is gonna have the same controls, Is it an average game no it’s a brilliant a game especially on IPad because games like this are usually on PlayStation so it’s a bonus to get a proper platform game on an IPad especially one with explosive eggs I mean I can’t think of any game that had explosive eggs in the past 10 years so I like it Infact it’s one of my top played games up there with papers please Ridiculous fishing and Oddmarr the rest are coin collecting strategy war build a barracks for coins type games or chopping fruit or something type games which have no depth at all but this has substantial substance and in a market filled with half assed games we should stand up and salute

Could be great but a touchscreen platformer lives and dies by its controls and the controls here suffer from a frustrating design decision. Sliding on the screen left/right moves your character. Tapping places a bomb. Simple. The problem is that these inputs are not restricted to one side of the screen each. Therefore you will find yourself often planting bombs when what you wanted to do is move your character (especially if you want to do a small movement). Considering the bombs can kill you, this often ends in frustrating death.

The solution imo; restrict movement to the left side of the screen and bomb placement to the right and add an option to swap it for players that prefer it the other way around.

Everything else is great. Love the animation, art style and sound but I can’t enjoy it with this control scheme.
