Critical cash out issue
I am a bolt driver and having issue cashing out my earning. Contacted several times bolt driver support but they don’t understand the issue and telling me different things like I have no earning balance, another one said I owe bolt money and another said my bank doing a security check etc. then I made a visit to local bolt hub and they said there’s an issue with payment processing and some drivers experiencing this issue. So problem is I have instant cash out on 12th of October and money debited in my bank two days later, and next two days income automatically processed half of the money and says money will be in my bank account after one week. Basically instant cash out issue. When I press instant cash out button doesn’t respond. Could you please fix the issue as soon as possible.
New update
I don’t normally write reviews and I don’t know if bolt actually reads their reviews here are couple of things that needs to be done , you choose your pick up radius and it gives you a request two to three miles away from you and let’s say you accept the trip will the passenger wait for you when there’s rush hour?? Also the new update shows pickup location, mileage and the price but driver doesn’t know where drop off location is as it only says region 1 or 2 or 3 so how do you expect the driver to accept a trip not knowing where they’re headed??
If I want to cancel a trip request why do you need to add another tab (confirmation) that I want to cancel the trip? You get behind the wheels while driving and have to press the screen multiple times which doesn’t make any sense, make the app easier to use for your drivers .
If I’m completing a trip and decide to take a break or just finish work no matter how many times I press stop new request I keep getting new request so if that option is available why don’t you make it work??
Let’s say you just cancelled or didn’t accept a trip why is there a tab on your screen that says cancelled trip and we have to press (close)??
I’ll mention this again if I as a driver don’t know my drop off location I will not accept that trip and I’m sure most drivers feels the same way so it’s time to talk to your app developers to sort this out otherwise it’ll not be long before you see drivers working for you.
Avoid them at any cost!!!
One of the worst app to work for. Do yourself a massive favour and stop work for them! Many of their customers are often rude or violent full of drug dealers! 50% of their customer didn’t wear face cover during pandemic!!!Most of them from one “minority group” Be prepared 25% of jobs you receive going to get cancelled automatically due to payment failure or whatever reason!Their driver support is often useless! Their own map is at least a decade behind if you follow it probably you will get a ticket. The app frequently crashes! If you cancel a job your rating drops no matter what is the reason to cancel! If you ask for cleaning fee they let you off with £3.25! The price you see on the display is completely different from the price some customers pay! It gives you the impression each time you get ripped off! If you dare to complain or criticise them or you loose your patience with them they’ll block your account without any warning with some fabricated reason by an 18y old student part time worker! So why would you work for Bolt who has total disregard to their drivers, you get no workers benefit such as holiday payment no life or injury cover if something goes pear shaped! You classified as self employed yet you have no control over who to pickup or what areas of the town you want to work. You have no control when to work if you choose your own work hours you won’t earn enough! It’s a total disgrace!!!
