This just works
Absolutely delighted with this app. Easy to use. You can track where the driver is and you know their name. The timings were spot on too.
App Or Service at fault?
App looks good and is simple to use. However I have only been able to successfully use it a couple of times. It checks for driver in vicinity and says bus is coming in a few minutes, so you request a ride . However, it doesn’t arrive in that time and when you check back, there’s a message saying driver finished and the wait time has slipped to 30+ minutes, so you cancel and walk! Once on my walk towards my intended location I was overtaken by a bus heading in that direction, although the app said it was 30 minutes away.
I have also had the experience that it says your driver has arrived, well before they have, so I thought I’d missed them, cancelled the ride and re-requested, which caused some confusion!
