Apply blur effects on videos for YouTube video, Tiktok + other social media platforms. This blur video editor is the only answer for all your video editing needs regarding pixelating faces or any other unwanted objects and areas of a video.
Unlike other apps you can define more than 1 area to blur/pixelate using ellipse or rectangle shapes with offset so you can easily blur with touch using your finger. Define the duration of each blur area and adjust the intensity.

Simple and Effective
This app is really easy to use and does exactly what I need it to. I also like the fact that you don’t have to sign up for an account.
It’s easy to add a blurred or pixelated area to a video which can move as the video moves. You’re able to change the shape of the blurred area between a rectangle / square / oval and you can change the strength of the blur.
One improvement that would be great to see in the future would be for an option to be added to feather the edge of the blurred area, so that it blends in more smoothly. ☺️
First Use
I had a child performing in an orchastra and needed to blur out all the other faces to share the video with friends. There were a lot of people and there was a lot of movement. After about 10 min of playing with the software I was able to do a good job of bluring out the faces even with movment - so the blur could follow a face as they moved about. JUST WHAT I NEEDED!
Brilliant!
Have tried many many apps to just track and blur features and other parts to a video and this is the most simplest, straightforward and you can manipulate the blur. Don’t bother with any of those apps that want a year’s subscription from you! Waste of money! Forget the rest this is the best! :-)
