Could be better
The app seems a bit clunky and not that much to offer on it. But it has some good games, first a game similar to wordle but more letters, that was great but ended. Replaced by a memory game called matchit but today that has finished. These games are for points but seems like you may not always be credited for the points you win. The spin a wheel game, customer nearly always loses, more often than the odds would suggest.

More Development Work Required
The application doesn’t respond whilst trying to pay bills and for us to benefit from the cash back. When we called the call centre today they said it’s a known issue and they don’t know when the resolve will be and asked us to send an email. Bothe my Wife and I are experiencing this issue.
If you have DU home services you can’t pay that bill, the application only caters for DU mobile services, therefore the customer interface is misleading for this section. There are many gaps in the performance of the application, has the project team washed their hands after delivery? Disappointing experience from a company like Al Futtaim.

Don’t bother with BLUE APP
The worst reward app around, to participate at times you need to validate receipt in the mall although every receipt clearly states that you made purchases there! Nonsensical
Please also don’t bother to play their SPIN and WIN, never possible to get more than 5points, it’s programmed to fool you. Not worth it, avoid BLUE
