OVERVIEW
Bleep Test Lite allows you to run a bleep test with ease. An on screen running man shows real time progression of the test and the VO2 Max, total distance and current stage and laps are all displayed and updated as you run.

BLEEP TIMING
Accurate timing when running the bleep test is vital to get an accurate assessment of individual player fitness. On our range of bleep test apps, we guarantee the timing of the bleeps are correct to 1/100th of a second as tested on iPhone and iPod Touch devices.

Bleep test to brake me back in to training
Really good app😎was easy to follow! the running man and make sure you touch down on the cone of grass or what ever you use as the perimeter, after the bleep 😎and the best about it you can do it anywhere, gym, car park if it's safe, a park anywhere that's safe and convenient for your self. Overall happy to have it if I can't fit the gym in or I'm too busy with family etc
Basic and useful.
Extremely easy to use. The audio cues play over music which is an excellent feature. Would fully recommend to anyone who needs a simple and effective MST example.
Timings are correct; good way to practice
First of all, I don’t know why the trainee cops on here claim that the timings/distance aren’t the same. The time between shuttles is correct; it’s run over 20 minutes.
I’m in the armed forces and am pretty certain that this test is universal for time & distance.
Those who are wondering why they found it easier on the day they took their test are most likely not accounting for the fact, their adrenaline under test conditions, was helping them along!
