Fascia connects all connective tissues (i.e. muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments & blood) & holds the whole body together. There are four different types of fascia (structural, intersectoral, visceral & spinal), but they are all connected. Brilliant for fascia fitness

A gem of an app - in under 1 minute I can build a full body or targeted fascia rolling routine and the app then leads me through with videos and countdown timers. Perfect!

Please bring back the full body rollout

I really like the updated app, and think it provides a brilliant resource for exercises using foam rollers, bands and other accessories.

But, please, please bring back the old 20 exercise full body roll out that was in the pre-facelift version of the app. Was a brilliant general purpose recovery routine that hit every major muscle group but in a manageable list of exercises. I’ve tried recreating it by selecting body areas to work but this results in such a long list of exercises it’s not practical to follow step by step. I know we can just skip some but the old rollout was so good!
