Fantastic site for men’s shopping
I came across BestSecret a few years ago through a recommendation from a friend of mine.
To be honest, shopping with Best Secret saves me so much time and labour compared to shopping in real (ie bricks and mortar shops) that I don’t think I would ever shop with real shops unless for specifically tailored clothing or very high end materials.

The worst customer service ever
I’ve been using best secret for more than a year and I’m rated a VIP customer due to the amount of money I spent on orders, however I never had to deal with such horrible customer service in my life anywhere, they are so disrespectful, unhelpful and they just easily ignore you when you’re not happy with any issue (like a shipping delay) for example.. they will just not reply on your email and this is something else that Uk the only way to approach them is by email and there’s not a higher lever you can speak to if you’re not happy with the customer service agents.
Lately there is a huge huge delay in shipping which it takes more than 30 days!! I’ve currently got 2 orders which already passed 35 days and I contacted the customer service and they just said i have to wait for 2 weeks till they can provide me with any update!!!!

There’s no better place to find a great deal then best secret.
Not many people know of it and for that it makes you feel special to be involved.
Excellent service.
The only thing I think they could do I improve the site is add a size guide for all. Apart from that, it’s an amazing online place to find the style you want and need.
