Description
Belib' is the essential application for all users of the Parisian public network of electric vehicle charging stations!
With the help of Belib' app, you can :
- Find real-time available charge points directly on the map or through a search box, filtered by connector type and power.
- Scan the QR Code on any charge point and start a "Pay As You Go" charge.
- Monitor your ongoing charging session in real-time within the app or through the lock screen widget, stop it with a single click.
- Enable push notifications to be warned when charge stops.
- Create an account and save your mean of payment, get easy access to your charging history and invoices, and set as favorite your preferred charge points for future easy access.
- Use Touch / Face ID to connect to the app.
- Subscribe to the Belib' service to benefit from a special rate for all your charges and reserve any available charge point.
- With the help of Apple CarPlay, select a charge point directly on the screen of your car, book it, and use your preferred navigation app to reach it.

Ratings and Reviews
Poor app
Probably one of the poorest app around in this category on the Apple store. The functionalities are almost non existent, the FAQ section is almost empty, zero customer support via email or chat, just a pathetic landline where nobody picks up, you cannot pay your bills through the app, the list is almost endless… It is unbelievable that a major group like Total is behind this, if this is their way to get into the green industry, this app is a complete fiasco really
Awful company and disgusting service
Called this company a thousand times, they failed to resolve anything.
Totally useless and unprofessional.
They don’t even have any customer care.
Avoid it!!!
