good stuff!

this is a very good app worth the money definately. i feel very relaxed when i listen to this and the main section on SP is helpful and beneficial.
the first time i listened to this was in the car and because it was daylight and i was wide awake i was able to keep my eyes open and listen to it all the way through.
the only thing is you will probably fall asleep if you listen to it whenever closing your eyes but then again thats actually very helpful!

Really Does Work

I have been listening to this podcast every night for around 20 days so far (at night on sleep setting). Not only do I get the best night's sleep after listening but I noticed a difference in both my professional and personal interactions from day 1. This app really helps change your mind set and put the opinions of others and the affect that has/should have on you into the right perspective. It's full of really good sense that gets to the heart of the matter (rather than platitudes) and so it specifically addresses what is going on with your thinking to create the discomfort in the first place. One of the best apps I have downloaded because it works.

Amazing app

Whilst a little sceptical. I had to give this app a go based on reviews from others. And I have to say I am impressed. After suffering from self inflicted anxiety in social and work situations, I am pleasantly surprised to find this app very relaxing and I am sure it has change my outlook on certain situations. Can't thank the author enough. Top job. I for one will keep on listening. I had tried all sorts of over the counter self help remedies but nothing has come close to this in terms of positive effect. I listen last thing on a night, sends me to sleep but is definitely work. I am on week two of listening and it only keeps on getting better.
